Location

From MANILA
Take a plane to Tagbilaran, Bohol. Once in Tagbilaran City, you may ask your hotel to pick you up (usually with additional fee) or ride a shuttle which usually cost around PHP100 to Panglao Island. Alternatively, you may be able to get a taxi at a reasonable cost as well (PHP400 to PHP600).

From CEBU
Take a ferry to Tagbilaran or Tubigon Port. From the port, you may take a cab or a shuttle going to Panglao.
